The Team Kitsune Volunteers will be working hard behind the scenes while Rev. Izumi is away to better the Juyohin request process. The Juyohin donation collection process will now be done on our website using Stripe so that we will no longer have to generate a Paypal invoice for each individual request.
You will be able to track the process of your request- seeing when it is received, processed, gathered, and shipped to you. There will also be improved shipping tracking information. Your Juyohin request history will also be connected to your membership accounts and reminders to return items for otakiage will be automated.
This is the first portion of our Shrine site updates that we are working to implement over the coming months. It is our hope that these updates will provide those that visit our website with a seamless experience that is simple and easy to understand.
