This ceremony is for pets who are suffering from health issues and wish to recover from illness. It may be requested by family or friends.
One of our enshrined deities is the Kami-sama of healing. We perform this service following the traditional ritual which has been passed down in our family.
Please kindly fill out this application form providing as many details as possible about the illness and then send the form to us. The details can include the name of the affliction, how long the pet has been suffering, if there will be surgery, what kind of surgery, where and when the surgery will take place, the name of the doctor, etc.
The ceremony has a minimum donation of $100 plus shipping where applicable. and includes one Omamori.
