This ceremony is for pets who are suffering from injury and wish to recover. It may be requested by family members or friends.
One of our enshrined deities is the Kami-sama of healing. We perform this service following the traditional ritual which has been passed down in our family.
Please kindly fill out this application form and then send it to us. Please provide as much detail as possible about the injury. These details can include the name of the affliction, how long the individual has been suffering, if they will undergo surgery, what kind of surgery, where and when the surgery will take place, the name of the doctor, etc.
The ceremony has a minimum donation of $100 plus shipping when applicable and includes one Omamori.
