It is said that every year, all Kami-sama gather in Shusse Inari Shrine’s home prefecture of Shimane in the tenth month of the lunar calendar to discuss the fate of people’s relationships in the coming year (Kamiarizuki “The Month with Kami Present”). The Kami-sama have the power called Enmusubi to bind the ties between people, not just romantic relationships, but bonds between family, friends, coworkers, etc. A person may pray to Kami-sama to help them build new relationships.
The ceremony has a minimum donation of $100 plus shipping when applicable and includes one Omamori.
