Please join our Once a Year Shinto Ceremony 歳旦祭Saitan-sai
On January 1st, 10:30am, the Shinto Shrine of Shusse Inari in America will hold its annual Shinto ceremony: Saitan-sai.
It will be the FIRST Shinto ceremony for 2022!
We will pray for people’s happiness, safety, success, and for world peace for new year. You are very welcome to participate our ceremony for Saitan-sai, as well as to pray wherever you are.
Due to the location of this event, there will be no Closing Talk for these ceremonies this year.
We plan to live-stream the ceremony on YouTube starting at 10:30 am (PST) on the channel “ShintoInari.” Please note that the wifi conditions at the ceremony location may not allow us to stream. If we can’t stream it, we will record it and publish it later.

The location of the ceremony will be at Little Tokyo. We will have the ceremonies in the Shrine booth for the Oshogatsu in Little Tokyo / New Year Celebration event. For details please visit here.
We will also have Hamaya, Kumade, Ofuda and Omamori at the booth. Please request your items soon as they are quickly running out!
The first Tsukinami-sai for 2022 will be held 1pm at the booth.
Tsukinami-sai is our monthly ceremony. We renew to show our respect and appreciation, determination to improve ourselves and ask for blessings from Kami-sama (Nature Spirits).
