Memorial service for the victims of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bombs will be held on this Saturday, February 22nd, 12:15 pm at Little Tokyo. Please pray and pay respects with us for the spirits of the victims of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki Atomic Bombs. (Free for attending to Irei-sai).
After the memorial service, our head priest, Rev. Izumi Hasegawa, will be joined on stage by children who will read peace messages from Hiroshima and Nagasaki in the Mixed-Arts show”Afternoon of Peace: Hiroshima & Nagasaki Experience” (produced by Rev. Hasegawa with support from President Obama’s sister). We have some give-away tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. Please reply to this email if you are interested. Note: Tickets are not required for attending Irei-sai.
